  • What payment types do you accept?
    Discovery House Publishing Asia accepts payment for online orders by credit and debit cards.
  • Do you accept international orders?
    Unfortunately, at present we are only able to ship to addresses in Singapore. However, fret not! You may find our titles online at: Amazon, Barnes & Noble and most major online book retailers.
  • How much is delivery?
    Local delivery in Singapore is calculated based on the total weight of the books purchased. However, we will strive to offer the best shipping rates to make it more cost-effective for you!
  • Can I track my order?
    For orders within Singapore, we will provide a tracking option via Singpost our delivery provider.
  • Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?
    To cancel your order, you need to reach out to our team at contact@dhp.asia and request a cancellation. If you do not have your order number, please let us know the method of payment, title of the book, the name of the author, and your complete shipping address for the order. Note: If an item is already in process or has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel your order. We seek your understanding on this!
  • What do I do if my shipment contains damaged, missing or incorrect items?
    We're so sorry that this has happened! Please email our team at contact@dhp.asia with your order number and a description of the damaged, missing or incorrect items. The team stands ready to assist you!
  • How is my personal information used?
    In order to deliver your order, we will collect information such as your name, email address, street address and telephone number. The purposes of collecting these information include troubleshooting, improving, and personalizing the delivery services. We would like to understand your interests and your preferences to deliver relevant and tailored content via our services and other interactions with you.
