Return and Exchange Policy

Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@dhp.asia. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please do not send back any items without obtaining a return authorization number.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges or applicable restocking fees.
Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be reflected in your account. The exact timeframe for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will gladly exchange the item for a new one. In cases where the exact item is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement or provide a refund.
Non-refundable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made products. Additionally, items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment online. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.
